Error: Update failed, please contact the service administrator
There is a couple fixes for this problem. Most people have been able to resolve this by simply restarting the game after this message. Sometimes it can take 4-5 tries of restarting the game before it is successful. This method applies also if you have 100% of the update, but it still states that its failed. Don't worry, the update will continue from where it left off, it will not start over. If you have tried the above method and after 6+ tries it just wont work. Then you can try the manual patch which can be found in the follow link. Just scroll down to the latest file version, save it to your computer and once it's finished downloading, run the manual patch. Follow these steps and be sure to choose the newest patch. Some people have expressed that by disabling your anti-virus while trying to update resolved this issue also. If you are STILL having a problem updating after trying all of the above, then the last resort is to uninstall the game, delete all of the left over file contents from your computer, and start with a fresh install. Hopefully you do not have to go this far, but when all else fails, it's a last resort.
