The information below outlines policies that we have when dealing with various support-related issues you may have while playing Mission Against Terror (M.A.T.), as well as how we take action towards violations of the M.A.T. Rules of Conduct, Suba Games Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Punishment & Suspension Policy

Depending on the nature and severity of an offense, Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd. reserves the right to perform the following punishment measures, in any combination or number:
  1. Kicking – Your connection to the M.A.T. game server will be terminated.
  2. Temporary Suspension – Your account may be suspended (banned) for days or months by the Suba Games team for your offenses. Generally speaking, we follow a "three strikes" policy for most offenses, with ban terms increasing in length the more you receive.
  3. Permanent Suspension – Your account may be suspended permanently and with no appeal either for severe offenses or repeat offenses (i.e. after three strikes for a particular offense).

Account Sharing & At-Risk Accounts

In any incident where Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd. staff has determined that an account has been compromised through fault or willful negligence of the end user, Suba Games is not obliged to offer any support to that account. This includes, but is not limited to:
  1. Sharing local game sessions
  2. Loaning accounts to other friends, relatives or any other players
  3. Buying and/or selling accounts
  4. Giving away sensitive account details (login, e-mail, password, etc.)
Any account for which there is evidence of account sharing or buying/selling may be suspended at any time, especially in situations where that account has been involved in other M.A.T. Rules of Conduct, or Suba Games Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy violations.

Suba Games and Wicked Interactive Ltd. are not liable in part or full for any damages or harm caused, whether real or imagined, through account sharing.

Lost & Missing Items

Suba Games Support does not restore lost or destroyed items in the case of accidental trading, selling or deletion. Outside of these scenarios, Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive ltd make no guarantee of these items being returned, and are not obligated to fulfill these requests. Repeated requests to have items returned may be denied if the number of requests is deemed excessive or unreasonable.

Items which are given away or traded, or fail in enchanting/upgrading are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless proven to be result of a glitch or bug.

Attempting to deceive Suba Games Support by providing false reports or misinformation with respect to lost or missing items will cause future item return requests to be denied outright, whether legitimate or not. Increasing falsification of lost items could also result in both temporary and eventually permanent termination of the respective account.

Multi/Dual-Clienting

Players are allowed to access and control a maximum of two (2) accounts. Players found to have access to more than two (2) accounts at any time may be subjected one or both of the following:
  1. Termination of excess accounts in order of longetivity.
  2. All accounts involved being suspended until further notice.

Security Tips

This list of tips below will help you keep your account secure and safe. Negligence or ignorance of the basic security tips below may cause Suba Games Support to deny your request for assistance.
  1. Never give anyone else your password for any reason.
  2. Change your password regularly, and use a strong random password (i.e. "mDFHg14fp3").
  3. Never use the same password for multiple web sites, games or services.
  4. Be sure to select security questions and answers in your Suba Games profile.
  5. Linking your Suba Games account with third-party sites (i.e. Facebook) can add more options for intruders to use. Keep all your third-party site accounts as secure as possible, and unlink your accounts if you don't use the feature.
  6. If you buy SubaPoints or contact Suba Games Support, keep a copy of any receipts or e-mails you receive for transactions and communications.
  7. Suba Games staff will never ask for your account information (password etc.) in-game. Suba Games staff may ask for old, unused passwords, but only if you send in a support ticket and it is necessary to confirm your identity.
  8. If you send a support ticket to us containing sensitive account information of any kind, delete the ticket once your issue has been resolved.
  9. If you change your e-mail address, remember to update your Suba Games account.
  10. Avoid playing from a public computer or connection (school, library, cyber cafe, etc.) if possible.
  11. Never leave your computer unattended and unlocked, especially if you live with siblings or have children.
  12. Regularly scan your computer for viruses and other malware using a reputable third-party security suite.

Rules of Conduct

The following rules govern player activities and interaction within M.A.T.. Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your M.A.T. and/or Suba Games game account as described in the Suba Games Terms & Conditions. Ignorance of the M.A.T. Rules of Conduct is not justification for violation of the M.A.T. Rules of Conduct.

  1. While playing M.A.T., you will respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. You will not insult, harass, threaten, defraud, scam, or cause distress to other players. You will not report players maliciously, or cause them to be investigated by Suba Games staff without valid reason.
  2. You will always act in good faith to other players. Not acting in good faith is defined as any behavior which is of malicious intent, or disruptive to other players' game experiences. This includes but is not limited to spying on, impersonating, and deceiving other players in any way, within or outside of the M.A.T. game client or M.A.T. web site. This includes but is not limited to using social media, online discussion forums and/or online streaming web sites.
  3. You will not post or communicate any player's real world information (name, address, location, credit card information, driver's license, etc.) through the M.A.T. game or on the M.A.T. web site without the express permission of the player in question.
  4. You will not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive language in any portion of the M.A.T. game client or web site. This includes but is not limited to the in-game chat channels.
  5. You will not post or link to any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive imagery or content in any portion of the M.A.T. game client.
  6. You must select a login ID, Suba Games nickname, and character name that does not contain offensive, harmful, sexual, deceptive, or otherwise disruptive text, phrases, words, or use of symbols or numbers in any language, English or otherwise. Any of the above names which are found to contain content in violation of the above terms by Suba Games staff will be subject to immediate and non-negotiable name changes, account suspensions and/or terminations.
  7. When communicating in any form of M.A.T.'s chat platforms, including private messaging, you will not post spam or flood the chat channel, or otherwise abuse your chatting privileges.
  8. You will not organize nor be a member of any pledges or groups within M.A.T.'s game client or web site that are based on or espouse any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other beliefs or platforms which are hateful, offensive or malicious.
  9. You will not impersonate any employee of Suba Games, Wicked Interactive Ltd. or their affiliates, including but not limited to Game Masters (GMs), nor will you disseminate any claim or information, whether true, false, or fabricated, on behalf of the above parties.
  10. You will follow the instructions of authorized Suba Games and Wicked Interactive Ltd. personnel (denoted by "[GM]" tags) while playing M.A.T.. Failure to comply with their instructions will result in account suspension or termination.
  11. You will not provide false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for your M.A.T. or Suba Games account, or when asked to divulge any such information by Suba Games or Wicked Interactive Ltd. staff.
  12. You will not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations while using the M.A.T. game client or web site.
  13. You will not market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the M.A.T. game or on the M.A.T. web site.
  14. You will not use the Suba Games Support System to inflict harm upon, falsely accuse or harass other players, to submit false reports on any issue, or to cause undue load on the M.A.T. and/or Suba Games servers, as well as any other servers owned and operated by Suba Games and Wicked Interactive Ltd. Individuals who abuse the reporting function will be investigated and will face possible account suspension or termination.
  15. While participating in any kind of Plaver vs. Player (PvP) gameplay, you will not participate in any form of match manipulation. Match manipulation is defined as any action taken to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match or alter or manipulate the rankings or ratings of the local ranking or world ranking ladders, or player and guild rankings. This also includes disrupting other players' game experience, either by interfering with normal PvP gameplay or by not actively participating in matches in good faith, for example, leeching, feeding, denying kills to other players, using distracting or deceptive chat.
  16. You will not operate more than one M.A.T. game client at a time from the same computer for use in PvP gameplay of any kind. Any use of multiple M.A.T. game clients from the same computer or Internet connection which is found to be malicious, disruptive, or in violation of any of the M.A.T. Rules of Conduct, will be subject to suspension or termination.
  17. You will not modify or change any part of the M.A.T. game client or server, or the M.A.T. web site.
  18. You will not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to any M.A.T. account for real-world currency or for in-game gold, Suba Points/credits, or items.
  19. You will not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying or selling gold, Suba Points/credits, or items for real currency.
  20. You will not offer in-game services for real-world currency or in-game currency.
  21. You will not abuse the M.A.T. Cash Shop or Mail System in any way, or use it to spam, scam, or harass other players.
  22. You will not reverse or charge back any payment made at the Suba Games Bank. Any such payment which is reversed or charged back will cause the affected account to be immediately suspended until such time as the reversal or charge back is canceled or revoked.
  23. You will not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while playing M.A.T. or using the M.A.T. web site.
  24. You will not upload or transmit on or to the M.A.T. game client, or the official M.A.T. web site, any copyrighted or trademarked content to which you do not own all rights without the express written permission of the author or the copyright or trademark holder.
  25. You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running M.A.T., the M.A.T. web site, or any servers or web sites operated by Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to hacks, cheats or alterations of transmitted information (packets) of any kind.
  26. You will not use any third-party program (such as a bot) in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting, or gathering gold, or items within M.A.T.. You will not assist, relay, or store gold or items for other players who are using these processes. Any bot use, whether perceived or real, will be subject to the same punishment.
  27. You will not exploit any bug in M.A.T.. You will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits or which disrupt or harm normal gameplay for other players) either via the M.A.T. game client or through public posting, to any other user of M.A.T.. Any bug that is found must be immediately reported, with as many details as possible, at the Suba Games Support web site.
  28. You will not attempt to play M.A.T. on any server that is not authorized by Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd.. Private servers are strictly illegal and are unsupported by Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd.
  29. You will not create, use, or provide any M.A.T. server software, or any server emulator or other site where M.A.T. may be played, and you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to M.A.T. without the express written permission of Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd.
  30. You will use the Suba Games Support web site to alert Suba Games to in-game issues such as inappropriate behavior, offensive character names, the perceived use of a bot, hacks or glitch abuse, or other misconduct, as specified in the M.A.T. Rules of Conduct, or the Suba Games Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
